Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high‑quality care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Support and mentor care staff to promote best‑practice outcomes
• Collaborate with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
• Contribute to a positive, resident‑focused care environment

Key Skills / Qualifications Required

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years post‑registration nursing experience
• Availability to work night shifts and varied rosters
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to person‑centred aged care
• Availability during peak periods (September–October)
• Full Australian working rights
